Position Overview

The Western Mind Care Hub is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position that will play a pivotal role in the mental health and wellbeing of our clients. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to provide therapeutic services, conduct detailed assessments, and collaboratively develop treatment plans aimed at fostering healing and resilience within diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through virtual consultations to understand clientsโ€™ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to provide individualized therapy for clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, regularly reviewing and updating these plans based on client progress.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to enhance community connection and shared experiences among participants.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to clients in immediate need of support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Western Mind Care Hub, you will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, who are facing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications
