Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through virtual consultations to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to provide individualized therapy for clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, regularly reviewing and updating these plans based on client progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to enhance community connection and shared experiences among participants.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to clients in immediate need of support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Western Mind Care Hub, you will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, who are facing a variety of mental health issues. Your input will directly contribute to improving client outcomes and fostering resilience as they navigate their journeys toward improved mental health. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care and support.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and demonstrated competence in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a wide range of mental health disorders, particularly in outpatient or community settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools that facilitate remote patient care.
• Background in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
