Job description

Senior Dayforce HRIS Analyst / Consultant
Remote (EST or CST Preferred)
3-month contract to start (potential for extension)

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce resource to support and help shape a large-scale HR technology transformation. This individual will play a key role in the continued rollout and optimization of Dayforce.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a complex enterprise-wide transformation, influence future-state processes, and help create scalable solutions for a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on Dayforce expertise, strong HRIS knowledge, and the ability to serve as a trusted partner across both technical and business teams. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day system support with larger initiatives involving reporting, workflow optimization, integrations, and system enhancements.
What You'll Do

  • Support and optimize the Dayforce Core HCM platform
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and forms
  • Troubleshoot system and user issues
  • Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
  • Advise on Dayforce best practices and future-state design
  • Support integration initiatives involving third-party systems and APIs
  • Help drive rollout activities across multiple business units

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience supporting Dayforce Core HCM & HRIS, HR technology, or Dayforce administration experience
  • Experience supporting Dayforce implementations, rollouts, system enhancements, or optimization initiatives
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, workflows, and forms within Dayforce
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
  • Exposure to system integrations, data interfaces, and third-party vendor connections
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment         

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise Dayforce implementations
  • Experience working with APIs and inbound/outbound integrations
  • Experience consolidating or migrating data from legacy HR systems into Dayforce
  • Configuration experience with payroll, workforce management, recruiting, benefits, or talent modules
