As a member of our mental health services team, you will engage in virtual consultations, participate in team meetings, and conduct assessments, all from the comfort of your chosen workspace. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and follow-up care to support our patients effectively.
• Assess and determine the appropriate level of mental health care needed for each patient and coordinate their services accordingly.
• Collaborate with external entities, such as the Department of Correction, to ensure seamless access to care and appropriate treatment housing.
• Lead group treatment sessions within mental health observation units, guiding discussions and interventions focused on recovery and support.
• Complete all necessary documentation and statistical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor at least once a week to enhance your professional development.
• Engage in mental health and medical rounds as assigned, contributing to the overall treatment planning and case discussions for patients.
• Facilitate case conferences and participate in creating targeted treatment plans for individuals receiving or being considered for mental health treatment.
• May conduct psychological testing and supervise social work interns or student volunteers.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on children, adolescents, and their families. The clinic addresses a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role is pivotal in establishing trust and rapport with patients, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and acceptance. By considering the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to fit their specific needs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Active eligibility to obtain and maintain a state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within a community health clinic or similar setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in managing case documentation while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
