• Provide individualized, high-quality counseling and psychotherapy to clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices tailored to meet their unique needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring clearly defined, measurable goals for progress and success.
• Act as an advocate for clients by connecting them with essential resources, such as financial assistance programs, housing, and additional social services that enhance their quality of life.
• Conduct crisis intervention for clients in urgent need; manage acute mental health crises, including suicidal ideation, substance use disorders, or severe trauma responses.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health education and support, reducing societal stigma associated with mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship opportunities to facilitate professional and personal growth, enhancing your clinical skills in a collaborative environment.

You will work with a varied patient population that reflects the diversity of the Commerce, Georgia area. Our clients come from an array of backgrounds and cultures, each with their unique experiences and challenges. The focus is on providing culturally competent care that respects and understands these diverse backgrounds. You will assist clients facing conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license, with the ability to practice independently in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
