What are remote hospitality jobs?

Remote hospitality jobs focus on the tourism industry. In this role, you may provide services for a client as they travel, such as booking flights and hotels, suggesting restaurants, or arranging for special services like chaperones for otherwise unaccompanied minors. Many remote hospitality professionals provide a wide variety of services to guests, arranging them through a virtual booking system. However, remote hospitality jobs may also require you to use telephones, faxes, or other technologies to contact and coordinate with others. Your company may allow you to work from home, but others may require you to work from a call center or similar environment. In this context, the word "remote" refers to supporting clients that you aren't meeting in-person.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote hospitality professional?

To thrive as a Remote Hospitality professional, you need strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and typically experience in the hospitality or service industry. Additionally, troubleshooting guest concerns or coordinating with on-site staff from a distance can sometimes be complex, making flexibility and problem-solving essential. Job description

Job Title: Executive Business Scaling Strategist

Company: Scaling.com

Compensation: $210,000-$250,000 (W2)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Reports To: Head of the Strategy Department

The Opportunity of a Lifetime

You're not just an advisor - you're a strategic partner with the ability to fundamentally change how leaders think, operate, and scale. If you've built real businesses, guided serious entrepreneurs, and are driven by the opportunity to create exponential impact, this role may be for you.

At Scaling.com, we help founders and entrepreneurs grow their businesses 10x or more within three years. This is not aspirational language - it is the standard we operate against. Through a combination of behavioral science, disciplined business strategy, and our proprietary Scaling Framework, we help leaders execute with clarity while driving meaningful, identity-level transformation.

We are building a world-class team of Executive Business Scaling Strategists to guide high-performing clients through this journey. This role is designed for experienced operators - individuals who have built, led, and scaled real businesses and can quickly establish trust, provide strategic clarity, and drive measurable growth.

This is not a role for career coaches or passive advisors. It is for practitioners who bring lived entrepreneurial experience and the confidence to challenge, guide, and elevate leaders from day one.

You'll Work Directly With

Dr. Benjamin Hardy, organizational psychologist and author of 10x Is Easier Than 2xWho Not HowThe Gap and The Gain, and Be Your Future Self Now-the world's leading voice in strategic psychology

Blake Erickson, Co-founder of Scaling.com and co-author of the highly anticipated book The Science of Scaling

As a strategist, you'll be applying their proprietary Scaling Framework and research in real time with a client roster of ambitious entrepreneurs-all of whom are scaling toward million- and billion-dollar outcomes.

What You'll Do

Advise 40 founders one-on-one through monthly scaling cycles

Advise clients through the Scaling Framework with clarity, focus, and discipline

Build fast, lasting trust through radical candor and high-performance conversations

Provide strategic insight and firm accountability to drive momentum and results

Track progress, remove bottlenecks, and surface opportunities for acceleration

Contribute to the evolution of our strategist systems and member experience

Show up with unreasonable hospitality-every call, every touchpoint, every time

You'll Be Working With Clients Who...

Run businesses doing $1M to $100M+ in annual revenue

Are founders, CEOs, and decision-makers-driven and growth-obsessed

Are absolutely committed to 10x or more their business in three years or less

Are scaling toward legacy-level outcomes: $10M, $100M, even $1B+

Don't want surface-level support-they want transformation

Expect excellence, candor, and real results

Why This Role Is Different

This is not a traditional coaching role, nor is it content delivery.
This is strategic execution alongside founders who are committed to winning.

As a Strategist, you will help clients rethink how they lead, decide, and scale - translating insight into disciplined action. Your work will drive transformation through structure, systems, behavioral psychology, and consistent execution.

You will join a high-caliber team operating at the intersection of strategy, psychology, and business scaling - helping define a new standard for how entrepreneurs grow and lead.
