As an LMHC, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with severe mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your role is crucial in facilitating therapeutic relationships based on trust and understanding, enabling clients to navigate their challenges toward recovery.

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required for successful application.
• A valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license as recognized by the state board is mandatory.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate clinical records and preparing comprehensive reports.
• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to express ideas clearly and successfully.
• Sound judgment and autonomous decision-making capability in a clinical context.
