Sebaste Psychotherapy Hospital is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment protocols.
• Document patient interactions and maintain clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of necessary paperwork.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools alongside our clinical team to evaluate and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with different programs and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans, promoting the best outcomes for our clients.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our clinic's standards of quality care.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with local and state agencies as well as community partners to facilitate access to resources and support systems.
• Foster relationships with various agencies to promote our programs and identify new partnership opportunities that could enhance service delivery.
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences and representing the agency in meetings relevant to your expertise.
• Advocate the clinic's mission and values within the community to promote understanding and collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operations and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health issues. Your role will be crucial in helping patients navigate their recovery and wellness journeys, focusing on person-centered methodologies that respect their individual needs and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license from the state board.
• Demonstrable ability to maintain clinical records and prepare insightful reports.
• Proficient in working in an interdisciplinary team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Effective communication skills, enabling you to express ideas and provide feedback clearly.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions based on your professional expertise.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a mental health clinic setting, understanding the intricacies of collaborative care approaches, and familiarity with evidence-based practices are preferred. Any experience with specific populations, such as those recovering from substance use disorders or developmental disabilities, would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including productivity bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as PTO and sick leave. We also offer a unique HIRE-ON BONUS of $3,000 to support your integration into our team.
