This full-time position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to effectively manage your caseload while contributing to our outpatient office's goals. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to provide high-quality counseling services electronically, including a robust telehealth platform and electronic health records system to facilitate seamless communication with clients and other health professionals.

• Conduct remote counseling sessions, ensuring that all interactions prioritize client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Proactively engage with participants to avert crisis scenarios, implementing early intervention techniques and support strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date crisis alerts to ensure seamless coordination with county crisis services, assisting in the rapid delivery of necessary support when required.
• Oversee the transition of clients between hospital and outpatient settings, collaborating with hospital personnel to facilitate effective discharge and follow-up care.
• Document all interactions with clients and other stakeholders accurately in our electronic health records system, ensuring continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges faced by clients, contributing your insights to improve service delivery.
• Uphold accurate records for insurance reimbursement and compliance with relevant regulations.

You will work with a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Your ability to establish rapport will be crucial in fostering trust and encouraging clients to engage actively in their treatment plans. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, you will empower clients to overcome barriers to their personal objectives, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• An active and valid professional license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a high caseload volume setting.
• Compassionate, with strong clinical skills to motivate and connect with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and therapeutic relationship.

• Experience working in a telehealth capacity, preferably within outpatient mental health settings.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and mental health resources available within the community.
• Previous involvement in case management and coordination of care across multiple service providers.
