• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating collaborative goals and strategies for emotional and psychological well-being.
• Facilitate the creation of crisis management strategies, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Complete all required clinical documentation promptly and in line with regulatory standards to maintain compliance and facilitate patient care.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the comprehensive evaluation and treatment approach, working closely with our clinical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that align with each patient's unique needs.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's commitment to excellence.
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to ensure comprehensive care and foster strong collaborations.
• Promote and integrate the organization's mission, vision, and values in all interactions and services.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and meetings relevant to the mental health field.
• Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations and patient outcomes.

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license from the state board is mandatory to practice.

• Expertise in exercising judgment and making informed decisions grounded in professional knowledge and ethics.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly those applicable in remote settings.

• Familiarity with documentation and reporting systems relevant to regulatory compliance in mental health settings.

Grace Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary between USD 86,000 and 103,000.
