VIRTUAL Adolescent PHP/IOP Therapist - Outpatient Services
Rolling Hills Hospital | Franklin, TN
Are you passionate about helping adolescents and families achieve lasting mental wellness? Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dynamic PHP/IOP Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Services team.
As a PHP/IOP Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to patients participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through group therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive behavioral health environment.
Schedule Full-Time
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with Fridays off!

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational group sessions
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
  • Document services in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Support patients in achieving treatment goals and successful transitions of care

Qualifications
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED
Current Tennessee Driver's License
Current HWC and CPR Certification
Experience:
Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization; effective oral and written communication skills; basic data entry skills preferred; organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary; flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary.
