Job Description
BCS Allegient has a 35-year history of helping government, research, and private sector clients implement their programs and missions to achieve success. We offer a breadth of professional support services in the areas of business management, communications, systems engineering, analysis, mission execution, and organization performance. We are looking for a Grants Management Analyst for a government client.
This role is contingent, pending the award announcement.
This role can be "remote" and ideally must reside on the East Coast.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for the full lifecycle of federal grants and cooperative agreements.
  • Conduct pre-award activities including budget analysis, risk assessments, and drafting terms and conditions.
  • Manage post-award functions such as monitoring performance, processing amendments, and initiating closeouts.
  • Interpret and apply federal regulations including 2 CFR 200 and the DOT Guide to Financial Assistance.
  • Advise program managers and leadership on complex grants management issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges across pre-award, award, and post-award phases.
  • Use systems like ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions for grants processing and tracking.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to program staff and recipients.
  • Write and edit grant analysis documents and brief government officials.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures throughout the grant lifecycle.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years in federal grants/acquisition
  • Experience supporting pre-award, post-award, and closeout activities
  • Experience with technical assistance and compliance monitoring
  • DOT and/or grant experience (preferred)
  • Experience with 2 CFR 200, ESC PRISM, GrantSolutions (preferred)
