REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Active IRS MBI clearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Visio (5 years)
  • Experience with IRS Programming Requirements Packages - PRPS (2 preferred)
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation (5 years)
  • Experience in Tableau or other visualization software development (preferred)
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management experience
  • Ability to gather business requirements
  • Ability to document job aids and process documentation
  • Experience understanding business and technical requirements
  • Experience capturing and reporting meeting minutes at an executive level.
