• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain the unique needs of each patient, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to promote positive mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational and support groups that provide community resources and promote peer support for individuals facing similar mental health challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services during emergent situations, demonstrating strong judgment and immediate support to manage patient distress.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, appropriate treatment pathways, and available local resources to foster informed decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to the ongoing professional development and collaborative efforts of the mental health team.
• Stay informed of advancements in mental health therapy by attending workshops, seminars, and reviewing current literature.

The patients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, seeking treatment for various mental health conditions. You will play a crucial role in providing culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges individual differences, including socioeconomic background and language barriers. Your expertise will be vital in establishing a trusting relationship that encourages clients to engage actively in the therapeutic process.

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Applicants must possess current licensure as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Washington.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches grounded in evidence-based studies.
• Experience in performing comprehensive assessments and developing patient-centric treatment strategies.
• Skillful in delivering both individual and group therapy while catering to a variety of psychological and emotional needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and competent with relevant software applications necessary for telehealth.
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with a broad range of therapeutic techniques and the ability to customize approaches based on patient needs.
• Previous experience with crisis intervention and safety planning is advantageous.
• Proven track record of positively influencing client therapeutic outcomes through collaborative and individualized care.
