• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the duration of therapy.
• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations due to geographical or accessibility constraints.
• Maintain all documentation required for client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring thoroughness and confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging practices in mental health care.

Your work will focus on diverse client populations within the community health context, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and situational crises. You will play an integral role in developing strategies to help clients navigate their mental health challenges, empowering them towards recovery and stability.

• Valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently, managing a caseload efficiently without direct supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and an aptitude for establishing rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using digital tools and teletherapy platforms to provide effective mental health care.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in community health settings.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt them to meet clients' unique needs.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment and managing virtual therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the caseload you manage.
