• Deliver therapeutic sessions via telehealth, effectively utilizing digital platforms to connect with clients securely and confidentially.
• Conduct initial intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs and goals of each client.
• Provide ongoing mental health support, including crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and referrals to additional resources when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Monitor client progress towards treatment goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as required.

This role primarily serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Our client-centered approach ensures that each person's unique circumstances are considered in their care, enabling therapists to build trusting relationships and foster meaningful therapeutic alliances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Current active licensure in the state of Washington as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Exceptional skills in assessing client needs and implementing effective treatment strategies.
• Comfortable and proficient using telehealth platforms and other digital tools for therapy delivery and documentation.

• Two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably with a focus on teletherapy.
• A background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.
• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
