• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions virtually, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to track their progress and adjust as necessary.
• Collaborate with a remote interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, mental health technicians, and addiction specialists, to ensure comprehensive care is provided to each client.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all federal and state regulations concerning confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Perform diagnostic assessments utilizing appropriate tools and interviews, interpreting data to inform treatment planning.
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and improve service delivery.

As a Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily work with clients who are undergoing detoxification from substances and those seeking support in managing mental health issues exacerbated by substance use. Your role is crucial in providing therapeutic support that addresses underlying psychological issues, facilitating holistic healing, and enabling clients to build a foundation for sustainable recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, ensuring a strong academic foundation in clinical practices.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in substance use or mental health settings.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport effectively with a diverse clientele and facilitate therapeutic outcomes.
• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competency, social justice, and ethical practice throughout all interactions.

• Experience working in a detoxification or rehabilitation environment would be highly advantageous, providing a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by clients during recovery.
