• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions tailored to address diverse mental health issues.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to foster recovery and sustained mental well-being.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, ensuring the safety and stabilization of clients experiencing acute distress through prompt and effective support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to both state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and facilitating coordinated care.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic support, integrating psychosocial assessments into treatment planning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current on research and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery.

Our clientele includes individuals and families grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. As a Mental Health Counselor at Active Mind Healthcare, you will work with a diverse population, emphasizing cultural competence and a tailored approach to treatment that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for immediate licensure.
• Demonstrable experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in various settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Dedication to practicing cultural competence and delivering affirmative care that recognizes the individuality of all clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, allowing effective collaboration within a team environment.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Experience using telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services remotely.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation securely and efficiently.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or education initiatives related to mental health awareness.

Active Mind Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
