• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and mental health challenges to develop clear treatment goals.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to address unique client circumstances and foster their personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to care, providing the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records documenting client progress, therapeutic interventions, and any changes in treatment strategies.

Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. By utilizing telehealth technology, you can reach clients in various settings, ensuring they receive consistent, accessible support regardless of geographical barriers.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical settings or mental health environments, demonstrating a track record of effective therapeutic delivery.
• Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating clients' conditions and recommending tailored treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills, enabling effective connection and rapport-building with clients.

• Experience with specific therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy is a plus.
• Exposure to telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques will enhance your ability to offer effective and engaging remote services.
• A background working with vulnerable populations or in crisis intervention is advantageous.
