Expressive Session Mental Health Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Telehealth Professional Counselor to join our team. This role is conducted entirely in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. • Conduct individual teletherapy sessions with clients to address behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique circumstances and aspirations, ensuring a tailored approach to their mental health care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring that all aspects of the client's well-being are addressed.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about best practices and evidence-based interventions within the behavioral health field.

Your expertise will focus primarily on adolescents and young adults who seek assistance with various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depressive disorders, trauma, and social/behavioral issues. By tailoring your approach to meet the developmental and psychological needs of younger clients, you will play a critical role in shaping their mental health journey.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and valid license in Oregon as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A strong willingness to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a robust caseload while delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
• Exceptional clinical skills paired with the ability to create a trusting relationship with clients, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate positive interactions with clients and team members.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a telehealth or similar remote therapy setting.
• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and electronic health records systems that streamline documentation and care coordination.
• A history of implementing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to the young adult population.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, based upon your experience and caseload management.
