CNA/Home Health Aide - Home Health at Providence Home Services Oregon

Schedule: Part Time (24 hours/week), Weekdays on Day Shift

Area Coverage: Colombia River Gorge area

The CNA Home Health aide, under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant license.
  • Washington Nursing Assistant license within 60 days of hire.
  • 2 years of experience (exception would be a nursing student with current CNA).
  • Experience using electronic medical record software.
