HomeFirst Home Healthcare provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Alabama. We are growing in the Moundville, Alabama and surrounding Hale county area and looking to add an Occupational Therapist PRN to our clinical field team.

Overview
As a home health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence in the home setting.
