• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans that reflect the best practices in mental health interventions.
• Deliver exceptional psychotherapy services utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations to uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care for your clients, participating actively in treatment planning and case discussions.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care within the team.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and treatment options, acting as a source of guidance and support in their journey.
• Stay informed on the latest research and emerging trends in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with addiction, co-occurring mental health disorders, and those seeking recovery from substance use. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

This role provides a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, recognizing your expertise and commitment to patient care.
