Oasis of Healing Counseling Center is seeking fully remote Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PsyD) to become integral members of our dedicated team. As a Mental Health Counselor with Oasis of Healing, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering remote therapeutic care as part of an 8-week evidence-based treatment program.
• Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing thorough documentation of sessions in alignment with HIPAA standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with other members of the care team to address client needs and help them access additional resources.
• Identifying high-risk situations and executing appropriate intervention strategies in accordance with established protocols.
• Participating in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and organizational Town Halls to enhance knowledge sharing and team cohesion.
• Committing to ongoing training to maintain compliance with HIPAA and best practices in mental health care.

Oasis of Healing serves a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Demonstrate commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule to provide continuous support for clients.
• Possess clinical experience in employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for improving lives and advancing the future of behavioral health care.
• Adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote work requirements.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test as part of our commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.

While the following are not mandatory, they would be beneficial for potential candidates:

• Experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with remote therapeutic practices.
• Any additional certifications in advanced therapeutic techniques or specialized populations.
• History of work in multidisciplinary teams for a holistic care approach.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
