• A current and valid license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients in a virtual environment.
• Empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards the mental health challenges faced by clients, fostering a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic space.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage client schedules and documentation effectively in a remote setting.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with the caseload and additional responsibilities.
