Job description

*The hours for this role are 10am-7pm EST with one hour for lunch and additional breaks. Experience in an administrative support role and MS Word skills will be required for this opportunity.

10-year, Established Technology consulting company is hiring a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant.

**Please note, this is a full-time, remote/home based position. The base salary range is 50-55k plus a 3-5k (or higher) potential bonus plus health benefits/401k. Candidates must be located in either the Eastern or Central time zones.

This is a key role in supporting the team on key tasks for business success and doing so with great attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.

Use of applications/database/systems including Microsoft Office.

Following Standard Operating Procedures, and documenting standard operating procedures as needed.

Participating in team zoom/conference calls

Assisting the National Operations Manager as needed with:

o Entering data and pulling reports

o Proofreading/updating candidate resumes and preparing them for submission (strong MS Word is a must)

o Proofreading job specs and writing brief job descriptions

o Sending job specs to candidates

o Performing personal assistant tasks, such as booking travel (airfare, hotel, car rental)
