As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Montage Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients and their familial dynamics.
• Providing individual and couples therapy, specializing in relationship issues, family conflicts, and grief.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of families and individuals navigating various challenges.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote personal and relational healing.
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to address and resolve conflicts among family members, including but not limited to job stress, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records as per state regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring that both physical and mental health aspects are addressed.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including couples, children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
• Grief and loss
• Interpersonal conflicts and relationship stress
• Adjustment issues related to divorce and separation
• Challenges faced by blended families
• Communication barriers among family members

Your comprehensive approach will help clients navigate their unique situations and foster healthier family dynamics.

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality therapeutic support to individuals and families.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess:

• Prior experience in delivering telehealth services and adapting therapeutic practices for remote environments.
• A demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a multigenerational and diverse clientele.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
