This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that align with client goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, aligning treatment approaches with the broader needs of clients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, attend case conferences, and participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Our counseling center serves an extensive and diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds who face a range of mental health challenges. You will provide services for clients dealing with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and addiction problems. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their emotional struggles, empowering them to develop coping strategies and achieve optimal mental health.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy in various mental health settings.
• Proficiency in using evidence-based interventions that are effective in mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise documentation and interaction.
• Dedication to maintaining ethical standards and protecting client confidentiality at all times.

• Previous experience with telehealth counseling platforms, improving access to mental health services and expanding outreach.
• Familiarity with the latest therapeutic methodologies and their application in clinical settings.
• Experience in working with special populations, such as children, adolescents, or clients with co-occurring disorders.
