This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver counseling services from the comfort of your own home. You will maintain a work schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends required to meet client needs. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate interventions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on empirical research and best practices, evaluating progress and effectiveness regularly.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and person-centered approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive care that integrates insights from other mental health professionals and specialists.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, documenting progress and treatment modifications as necessary.
• Participate in regular supervision, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
