• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs, challenges, and goals of clients.
• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions tailored to diverse client needs, covering issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Develop and implement collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate measurable objectives and client-centered interventions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available resources, and effective coping mechanisms to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, complying with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and state regulations pertaining to the practice of counseling, including maintaining strict confidentiality and securing informed consent.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence in delivering services to clients from various backgrounds, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and continuity of services for clients across different therapeutic modalities.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele spanning various age groups and backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. The clinic serves individuals experiencing issues such as mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment challenges, providing you with a rich tapestry of cases to apply your skills and make a significant impact.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent professional credential.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Proven competencies in outpatient therapy services and demonstrated ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Strong ethical standards and professional conduct, including a commitment to maintaining personal and client confidentiality.
• Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse client backgrounds.

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with remote counseling technologies.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated success in crisis intervention and management.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package, which includes:
