Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' concerns, formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses and developing actionable treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to suit clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability before initiating further treatment.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, including assessment data, treatment plans, and progress notes, upholding strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and resources, advocating for clients' rights, needs, and well-being throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Engage in lifelong learning by participating in continuing education events, workshops, and supervision to stay informed of the latest best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work directly with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship distress. Our client population varies widely, benefiting from a tailored approach to care that respects their unique backgrounds and circumstances. Qualifications

• Active licensing as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
