Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Empowerment Care Services, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging participants to share their experiences, support one another, and gain insights from group dynamics.
• Provide individual therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, employing evidence-based practices to explore their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop goal-oriented treatment plans that are personalized and reflect their aspirations, values, and preferences.
• Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to monitor clients' progress and outcomes effectively.
• Work hand-in-hand with other professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to coordinate client care and consult on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily focused on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your role will involve not only therapeutic interventions but also a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by this demographic, such as transitions into adulthood, educational pressures, and social relationships.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with young adults in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
