• Utilize your psychotherapeutic knowledge to address emotional and behavioral disorders through various therapeutic techniques in both individual and group settings.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans and initial discharge strategies based on individual client needs.
• Manage and promote effective family sessions as appropriate, ensuring participation is aligned with treatment objectives.
• Regularly update treatment plans according to evidence-based assessments, coordinating with ancillary services and adjusting strategies in response to client progress.
• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to both facility protocols and professional standards to ensure compliance and quality care.
• Manage a caseload that reflects a balanced approach to treatment, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with fellow clinicians and staff to optimize client care.
• Exhibit an unwavering commitment to patient safety and satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and compassionately.

This role primarily focuses on treating diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our team is equipped to handle an array of emotional and behavioral disorders, aiming to improve overall quality of life through compassionate and tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required to ensure a strong theoretical foundation in mental health practices.
• Applicants must possess the necessary state or national licensure for professional therapy providers (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) or be in the process of obtaining such licensure.
• Candidates should demonstrate a robust understanding and experience working with diverse age groups, and be comfortable navigating the unique challenges each demographic presents.
