Position Overview

Cure Care Mental Health Services is actively seeking fully licensed mental health therapists to join our dedicated team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time position primarily focused on providing telehealth services, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while making significant contributions to the mental well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health issues, gathering pertinent history and information to inform treatment decisions.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, integrating evidence-based methods and therapeutic practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure that each client receives holistic care and comprehensive treatment.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients’ families, fostering an understanding of the mental health treatment process and encouraging their involvement.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our approach embraces cultural competence, recognizing the background and experiences of each client as integral to their treatment. Qualifications

• A current, unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling methodologies.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities with proficiency in adapting techniques to suit individual client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals with complex trauma.
• Prior engagement in telehealth services or remote therapy delivery is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telecommunication tools.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
