• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, adapting your approach based on their unique needs and presenting issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques appropriate for diverse client demographics.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.

Your client base will include individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns, primarily low-acuity cases that have been thoroughly screened prior to assignment. This includes clients from diverse backgrounds with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjustment-related concerns. Your expertise will help them achieve their personal and therapeutic goals within a comfortable and accessible virtual setting.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a current, valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to engage clients in a therapeutic manner.
• A dedicated, secure workspace that adheres to privacy and confidentiality standards.

• Experience managing your own caseload effectively while providing quality care.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methods.
• Possessing dual or multi-state certifications is a plus.
• Experience in using various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive:
