• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure video technology to connect with clients and provide real-time support.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique challenges and goals, considering their history and circumstances.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, including referrals and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is completed timely.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your approach will be compassionate and culturally sensitive, recognizing the distinct backgrounds and experiences of your clients. By making mental health services accessible, we aim to break down barriers that prevent individuals from seeking help.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, which are crucial for teletherapy and documentation.
• Ability to operate independently while being a proactive team player within a remote framework.

• Previous experience in counseling or mental health settings is highly preferred, enhancing your understanding of client needs and treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Experience working with children and families can be advantageous, given our diverse patient demographic.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
