• Conduct engaging and empathetic remote counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and establish measurable, achievable therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet clients' unique emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
• Provide immediate support during crisis situations and implement appropriate intervention strategies to prioritize client safety and mental health.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records, including client progress notes and treatment plans, in strict accordance with legal guidelines and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on various mental health issues, teaching coping strategies and resources that empower them to manage their mental health proactively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with referral sources and community resources to ensure clients receive holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mental health care and improve treatment methodologies.

In this role, you will work extensively with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more complex mental health conditions. • Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• At least two years of professional experience in the mental health counseling field, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of therapeutic approaches and methodologies.
• Experience providing counseling within a remote or telehealth framework is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and facilitate meaningful therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications, along with a signing bonus for new hires.
