  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma and developing the necessary coping skills for healing.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, comprehensive care tailored to the needs of each patient.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring that patients receive timely support during trauma-related emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources for continuing support.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities that enhance our trauma-informed approach.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy through ongoing education and training opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals affected by various trauma-related disorders, including PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and your role will be vital in providing them the support and strategies necessary for healing and growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, showcasing a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with trauma-affected individuals.
  • Experience in providing trauma-focused therapies in both individual and group settings is highly desired.
  • A history of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to best serve patient needs is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
