Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, ensuring the development of appropriate individualized treatment plans that address their specific concerns.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies to deliver effective interventions to individuals, families, and groups, enhancing the clients' overall mental well-being.
• Collaborate meaningfully with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to create a coordinated treatment approach that emphasizes holistic care.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and de-escalation support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, applying your expertise in a compassionate manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at Reassessed Behavioral Therapy Center will involve interacting with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications

• A valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completion of a master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A strong sense of cultural competence and the ability to work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences.

Preferred Experience
