Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying their unique mental health needs and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic practices suitable for each client.
• Engage with clients in virtual therapy sessions using secure platforms, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic space.
• Support clients in establishing their therapeutic objectives, providing guidance and motivation as they work towards these goals.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to each client's preferences and treatment journey.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress while adhering strictly to confidentiality policies and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse clientele consisting of individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other emotional challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and locations, reflecting the broad reach of our telehealth services, making it essential for therapists to approach each individual with empathy and an open mind.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.
• A deep sense of empathy and a commitment to understanding the varied experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities for efficiently managing caseloads and ensuring timely documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience delivering therapy in a remote setting, familiar with using technology for teletherapy.
• Expertise in evidence-based practices and an understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and electronic medical records.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet clients' unique cultural and personal backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
