- 10+ years of total professional experience, featuring 8–15+ years of dedicated B2B sales experience.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates who have sold directly into K–12 education, higher education, government, SaaS/EdTech, educational products, publishing, or highly consultative B2B markets.
- Leadership Scope: Documented experience managing teams of 10–20+ sales professionals distributed across multiple territories.
- Technical & Analytics Skill: High proficiency in Excel for tracking sales analytics, pipeline metrics, and territory forecasting.
- Local Candidates Only: Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to immediately work primarily onsite at our headquarters in the Lafayette/West Lafayette, Indiana area. Remote work arrangements are not available for this role.
