• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to determine patients' mental health needs.
• Collaborate with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), across individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support patients in acute distress, working effectively with a multidisciplinary team for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policy and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and skills to manage mental health challenges.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences with other healthcare professionals like psychiatrists and nurses to provide coordinated patient care.
• Conduct regular outcome assessments to gauge treatment efficacy and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Stay current with ongoing research and best practices in mental health to enhance clinical effectiveness.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.

You will primarily work with students and their families, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues stemming from trauma, school-related stress, and other personal challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

The annual salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 84,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
