• Provide individual counseling services via secure video chat platforms, focusing on effective treatment interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Engage in empathetic conversations to encourage clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, fostering greater self-understanding and personal growth.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and navigate challenges in their mental health journey.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health statuses and develop personalized treatment plans using solution-focused methodologies grounded in evidence-based practices.

Our clients are pre-screened for stability and typically present with low acuity needs. This focus allows therapists to utilize their skills in a way that contributes positively to the community without overwhelming caseloads. You will work closely with clients who are motivated to improve their mental wellness, creating a constructive and supportive therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An independent mental health license is necessary, including, but not limited to:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong analytical skills to make informed professional evaluations and effective treatment decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a foundational sympathy and understanding of client needs.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions and manage client relationships efficiently.

• Experience working within a community health setting or a private practice.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and the ability to integrate them within treatment approaches.
• Demonstrated success in establishing rapport and maintaining professional relationships with clients remotely.
