Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish a therapeutic rapport.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's unique goals and mental health challenges.
• Delivering evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients using solution-focused approaches that empower clients to overcome their hurdles.
• Offering crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring clients receive necessary support during critical times.
• Utilizing teletherapy platforms proficiently to provide convenient virtual therapy, adapting to each client's needs and preferences.
• Engaging in ongoing professional education and training to remain knowledgeable about best practices and evolving mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus primarily on adult clients facing a broad range of mental health issues. You will assist clients overcoming anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other psychological concerns, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each individual's specific circumstances. Our diverse client base will benefit from your wide-ranging expertise as you help them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

To ensure the highest standard of care, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational capabilities, with effective time-management skills to maintain a productive practice.
