Job description

Position Overview

Be Healthy Psychological Services is seeking dedicated and qualified Mental Health Counselors to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing transformational mental health services and be committed to enriching lives through professional therapeutic support. This full-time role allows for flexible scheduling, enabling therapists to choose their hours while working from the comfort of their own homes.

About the Organization

At Be Healthy Psychological Services, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by delivering high-end boutique counseling experiences. We pride ourselves on fostering an exceptional workplace for our therapists by minimizing administrative burdens, allowing them to devote their time and expertise solely to therapy. Our experienced administration team manages marketing and business operations, ensuring our therapists can focus on what they do best—providing care and support to those in need.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing our Mental Health Counselors to work flexibly while utilizing telehealth technologies. Our company is committed to providing an innovative digital therapy platform that facilitates seamless client interactions via virtual sessions. In addition to a supportive online environment, our therapists benefit from unlimited referrals, enabling them to effectively build and manage their client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health conditions and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their goals and preferences.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches to help clients address their unique challenges.
  • Leverage teletherapy platforms to facilitate remote sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, offering immediate support to clients in distress.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current on best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes adults facing a variety of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational challenges. We prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment that encourages clients to explore their concerns and work toward healing. Our therapists are empowered to use their preferred therapeutic methodologies, which fosters a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong client-therapist relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage time effectively, balancing client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing remote therapy or telehealth services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to cater to diverse client needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team setting.
  • A track record of building and maintaining a strong caseload is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary between $90,000 and $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plan, including dental and vision coverage.
  • Therapist liability insurance provided.
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Flexible scheduling options that support work-life balance, including an option to work from home.
  • Unlimited client referrals to help expand your therapy practice.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Be Healthy Psychological Services, we are committed to the professional development of our therapists. We encourage ongoing learning and career advancement by providing opportunities for specialized training and certifications in emerging therapeutic practices and methodologies. As our organization grows, successful therapists may also have the potential to take on leadership roles or mentor new team members.

Why Join Our Team

Be part of a dedicated team that values mental health as a cornerstone of well-being. Our workplace culture emphasizes support, collaboration, and respect for each therapist's unique approach. By joining Be Healthy Psychological Services, you are committing to making a positive impact on individuals' lives, providing meaningful therapy that brings about lasting change.
