Now Hiring: Remote Patient Care Specialist
Fry Orthodontics

Do you love helping people, staying organized, and keeping the day running smoothly? Fry Orthodontics is looking for a friendly and dependable Remote Patient Care Specialist to join our Patient Care Center team!
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Kansas or Missouri.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. โ€“ 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. โ€“ 5:00 p.m.
Hourly Rate:
$18.00-$19.00

In this role, youโ€™ll be one of the first voices our patients hear. Youโ€™ll help answer calls, schedule appointments, update patient information, process phone payments, and support our teams by keeping schedules organized and patients taken care of.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with a positive, professional attitude
  • Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments as needed
  • Help keep patient records accurate and up to date
  • Post credit card payments received by phone
  • Monitor schedules and communicate updates or concerns with the team
  • Provide backup support for patient care needs, including initial exam calls and insurance needs
