In this role, you will primarily serve individuals seeking mental health support in Arlington, Texas, and surrounding areas. Our client population includes adults and children grappling with various mental health challenges, from moderate anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing and personal development.

Qualifications
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tailor therapeutic approaches to individual client needs.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about advancements in mental health practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly with clients facing trauma and developmental issues.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, utilizing culturally competent practices.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance coverage, inclusive of medical, dental, and vision plans to prioritize your well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance for enhanced financial security.
  • Malpractice insurance to protect you during your practice.
  • An employee assistance program designed to support you in times of need.
  • Minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus on what truly mattersโ€”your clients.
  • A thriving workload with unlimited referrals, enabling you to maximize your impact.
