Overview:

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, working directly with users, and growing their IT career within a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong troubleshooting skills, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and end-user technical support for hardware, software, and system issues

• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications

• Install, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related equipment

• Build and image computers while configuring user accounts and software applications

• Reset passwords and manage user accounts through Active Directory

• Document incidents, resolutions, and updates within the ticketing system

• Monitor and prioritize assigned support tickets to meet service level expectations

• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when appropriate

• Assist with mobile device support and inventory management

• Support hardware deployments, equipment replacements, and technology refresh projects

• Provide technical assistance to employees at all organizational levels while delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of Desktop Support or Help Desk experience preferred

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications

• Experience with Active Directory user administration and password management

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and remote support tools

• Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring desktop hardware

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
