Key Responsibilities

• Conducting engaging remote therapy sessions with clients through our secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable and supportive virtual environment.
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals, taking into account their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Monitoring clients' progress throughout therapy and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and participating in case consultations to deliver comprehensive care.
• Staying informed on the latest teletherapy practices and mental health resources to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred and may provide additional advantages in terms of client service outcomes.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy sessions, including familiarity with various video conferencing tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively facilitate therapeutic discussions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule while maintaining a strong commitment to client care.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in individual therapy, especially within a remote setting, is highly advantageous.
• Background in working with underserved populations and familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches are preferable.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Compensation and Benefits

Bright Health Community Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
