• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including crisis and pre-crisis intervention strategies.
• Timely documentation of clinical notes and compliance with regulatory standards is paramount to this role.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with our clinical team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with various programs to design and execute positive behavior support plans that promote client well-being.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our clinical practices meet state and federal guidelines.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant service systems, agencies, and community resources to enhance support for clients.
• Ensure open communication across teams and community stakeholders to fulfill contract requirements and uphold agency values.
• Seek continuous personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, training sessions, and agency meetings.
• Promote the agency's mission and values in every interaction with clients and community members.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals seeking support for a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral challenges. Your role will focus on fostering therapeutic relationships that empower clients on their journey toward recovery, helping them cultivate resilience and healthier coping mechanisms.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required to qualify for this position.
• An independent LMHC license through the state board is mandatory for practice.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports are crucial.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting to enhance client care.
• Adept communication skills to express clinical judgments and treatment ideas concisely and effectively.
• Sound judgment and the capacity to make informed decisions based on professional training and experience.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred, with an understanding of community resources available in Orlando, Florida.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health counseling and prior clinical supervision experience.
• Previous experience in developing crisis management plans and behavioral support strategies will be highly regarded.
