Position Details
  • Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
  • Pay: $16.00/hour
  • Weekly Pay + Benefits
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-9:00 PM EST
    • Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within operating hours
  • Start Date: TBD
  • Equipment: Company-provided equipment shipped directly to your home

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to patients.
  • Verify and update patient information accurately.
  • Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed regarding prescription benefit inquiries.
  • Review and document patient billing and medical information.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and company policies

Qualifications
Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience (required with no exceptions)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
  • Ability to meet all required performance metrics and KPIs

Preferred:

  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards
