Role Overview:
Drive the expansion of AI-powered customer experience solutions across healthcare organizations, enabling providers, payers, and related enterprises to deliver more connected, efficient, and patient-centered experiences. This role directly impacts revenue growth, market penetration, and the modernization of healthcare engagement strategies through cloud-based CX platforms. At Genesys, we are transforming the customer experience landscape with empathy, AI innovation, and global impact, helping organizations deliver meaningful interactions at scale. You will own a high-growth territory, lead strategic sales initiatives, and influence how healthcare organizations adopt technology to improve outcomes and operational performance. This position offers significant earning potential, executive visibility, and the opportunity to shape digital transformation across a critical industry.

The ideal candidate has a Commercial Account Executive mindset with strong sales process and account management practices. Healthcare sales experience is preferred, along with experience selling SaaS and AI solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to penetrate greenfield accounts while expanding relationships and business within existing customers. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in and contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive net new revenue growth by acquiring new healthcare customers and expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for complex enterprise deals, delivering consistent revenue attainment and pipeline expansion
  • Build and execute territory strategies that generate a pipeline at or above three times quota, ensuring long-term business growth
  • Engage healthcare executives and key stakeholders to align CX and AI solutions with organizational priorities and patient experience goals
  • Design and position tailored solutions that address critical healthcare challenges, improving engagement, efficiency, and outcomes
  • Lead multi-stakeholder deal cycles, navigating organizational complexity across departments, geographies, and decision makers
  • Accurately forecast revenue using structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC, ensuring visibility and predictability in pipeline performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution consultants, partners, and internal teams to deliver cohesive and competitive proposals
  • Establish Genesys as a trusted advisor within the healthcare sector by providing industry insights and strategic guidance

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sales experience within the healthcare industry, with a consistent track record of revenue achievement
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including deals exceeding $500K ACV
  • Experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders across healthcare organizations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline at or above three times quota, with strong new logo acquisition performance
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful solutions
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals across multiple stakeholders, departments, and regions
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50 percent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience selling customer experience, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar deal qualification frameworks
  • Experience working with large healthcare systems, payers, or healthcare technology organizations

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$111,700.00 - $196,300.00
