• Conduct engaging individual therapy sessions with clients using a secure online platform, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
• Regularly monitor individual progress through goal-setting and outcome tracking, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health care practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals routinely to provide comprehensive and integrated care to clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental well-being.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest in mental health trends, therapeutic modalities, and best practices in teletherapy.

Your work at Bright Health will focus on diverse patient populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active state licensure as a mental health therapist is mandatory, including LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proficiency in utilizing digital health platforms to conduct therapy, showcasing your adaptability and comfort with technology in a virtual setting.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with clients virtually.
• Capacity to work independently while engaging collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals.

• Previous experience providing individual therapy in remote or outpatient settings, with a proven track record of positive client outcomes.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a keen interest in ongoing professional development.
• Experience in using tools such as Telehealth software, electronic health records (EHR), and other platforms that enhance the therapeutic process.

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to attractive compensation, we provide:
