Position Details
- Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
- Pay: $16.00/hour
- Weekly Pay + Benefits
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-9:00 PM EST
- Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within operating hours
- Start Date: TBD
- Equipment: Company-provided equipment shipped directly to your home
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to patients.
- Verify and update patient information accurately.
- Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed regarding prescription benefit inquiries.
- Review and document patient billing and medical information.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience (required with no exceptions)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
- Ability to meet all required performance metrics and KPIs
Preferred:
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards
Remote Work Requirements
- Dedicated, private, and distraction-free workspace
