• Render personalized, evidence-based treatment plans to clients, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes, therapeutic assessments, and ongoing therapy sessions—both individual and group formats—over telehealth platforms.
• Utilize clinical instruments and tools to conduct mental health assessments that guide treatment plans and interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including detailed session notes and treatment progress documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and company directives.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, participating in case consultations and contributing insights into client care strategies.

You will be working with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and your role will be essential in helping them achieve their goals for recovery and wellbeing. In particular, we emphasize culturally competent care and a client-focused approach that empowers each person to actively engage in their treatment plan.

• Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on clinical practice, and an active LICSW license.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Experience in working remotely for at least 1 year, showcasing your ability to adapt to digital environments and telehealth practices.
• Technical proficiency in using telehealth technology, including video conferencing tools and electronic health record systems.
• Access to the necessary equipment, including a computer, webcam, and stable internet connection.

• Experience working in a detox or similar treatment center environment.
• Knowledge of integrated care models and familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored to substance use disorders and mental health.
